The Product is a one-time digital purchase. There is no subscription, no recurring fee, and no API key or external server dependency.
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, Ireland), which acts as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, tax collection (VAT/IVA/sales tax), and invoicing on our behalf.

The Product runs inside Claude.ai, operated by Anthropic, PBC. To use the Product, you need:
We are not affiliated with Anthropic. We do not control Claude.ai availability, pricing, or features. If Claude.ai changes in ways that affect the Product, we will make reasonable efforts to update the Product, but we do not guarantee continued functionality.
We may release updated versions of the Product file. Where reasonably possible, we will email update notifications to customers using the email address provided at purchase. Updates are provided free of charge for the lifetime of the Product, at our discretion. We do not guarantee any specific update frequency or schedule.
Our refund policy is detailed on our Refund Policy page. In summary: 7-day money-back guarantee, one refund per customer.
EU consumers acknowledge that by downloading the Product file, they expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and lose their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (transposed in Spain as Article 103.m TRLGDCU). Our 7-day refund policy is offered as a goodwill gesture above this statutory waiver.
The Product is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

GoldVein.ai surfaces signals from public sources. Business execution and results are the customer's responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Product is limited to the amount you paid for the Product in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
The Product, including all source code, design, documentation, and content, is owned by Dmitrii Bosiachenko and protected by Spanish, EU, and international copyright laws.
The name "GoldVein.ai" and associated branding are our trademarks. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Product if you breach these Terms, particularly Section 03 (License). Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless required by our Refund Policy.
Sections 07, 08, 09, and 13 survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes affecting your rights will be communicated by email where we have your address. Continued use of the Website or Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Product shall be resolved by the competent courts of Oviedo, Asturias, Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection law assigns jurisdiction to the courts of your country of residence.
EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform to resolve disputes out of court.
