Refund Policy

01 Eligibility

GoldVein.ai is a one-time purchase digital product delivered as a downloadable .jsx artifact file. You are eligible for a full refund if all of the following are true:

• Your refund request is sent within 7 days of the original purchase date.
• This is your first refund request for GoldVein.ai. Subsequent re-purchases by the same customer are not eligible.
• You have not redistributed, resold, or shared the artifact file with any third party.

EU consumers — statutory withdrawal right: By purchasing and downloading the .jsx artifact file, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (transposed in Spain as Article 103.m of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 — TRLGDCU). Our 7-day refund policy is offered as a goodwill gesture above this statutory waiver.

02 How to request a refund

1. Email goldvein.ai@gmail.com from the same email address used at checkout.
2. Include your Lemon Squeezy order ID (found in your receipt email).
3. Optionally, tell us why GoldVein.ai didn't work for you — feedback helps us improve, but it is not required for the refund.

We respond to refund requests within 2 business days. Once approved, the refund is issued automatically by our payment processor Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method.

03 Processing time

Approved refunds typically appear on your card or PayPal account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Some banks may take up to two billing cycles to display the credit.

We will notify you by email as soon as the refund is processed on our end.

04 What is not refundable

The following are not eligible for refund under this policy:

• Requests received after 7 days from the original purchase date.
• Subsequent purchases of GoldVein.ai by a customer who has previously received a refund.
• Cases where the artifact has been shared, redistributed, or made available to third parties in violation of our Terms of Service.
• Failure of the product to deliver the customer's expected business outcomes (e.g., revenue, traction, validation). GoldVein.ai surfaces signals from public sources — execution and business results are the customer's responsibility, as stated in our disclaimer.

05 Defective or non-delivered files

If you did not receive the .jsx artifact file after a successful purchase, or if the file appears to be corrupted or non-functional, please contact us immediately at goldvein.ai@gmail.com. We will either re-send the file or issue a full refund at our discretion — this is not subject to the 7-day window.

06 Why our refund policy exists in this form

Because GoldVein.ai is a digital file that runs entirely inside your own Claude.ai environment, we cannot enforce a "return" of the artifact the way a physical product can be returned. Our refund policy is built on trust: we offer a no-questions 7-day window to let you evaluate the tool, and we limit refunds to one per customer to protect against abuse.
